Payment Policy
I currently only accept payments via Paypal only. Payments must be received with in 48 hours of me issuing your invoice. Please let me know before hand that you need more time for payment.
Refund Policy
Although all efforts are made to achieve success through the use of traditional Hoodoo rootwork and practices of divination and spell-casting for each client. I don't guarantee the success of working magic. By law I must state that all items and services I provide are sold for entertainment and curio purposes only, and should not replace or used in place of emergency, psychiatric, or medical care. There are no guarantees in life, for God has the final say. No ethical rootworker will ever promise 100% success. Just like a lawyer, doctor, or other professionals, I am paid for time and expertise, not outcome. I do not offer refunds once the work has commenced.
You cannot ask for a refund because you changed your mind: If I purchased materials or spent time preparing items for your use and you change your mind about wanting the work done, due to the personal nature of the goods procured and time expended acquiring them on your behalf. I cannot offer a refund.
No refunds are given on reading or consultation appointments once they have been scheduled. However, you may reschedule an appointment , with in a 24 hour notice.
Progress Reports
Progress Report Readings : $40
A reading provided during an ongoing work to determine progress made and if or when to take further action. Progress reports must be purchased separately. And they must be pruchased before I begin your spell. No expections. This is a great reading to let you know how the work is going.
Magical Coaching
Magical Coaching Services - $60/half hour phone $110/hour
This is for ongoing support for those who wish additional guidance on. Get step-by-step coaching on any aspect of the work, if your looking for more intensive personal attention and guidance.
